How to Apply

1. Schedule Testing

Three items must be submitted in order to process an application and to schedule testing:

    1.  New Student Testing Information Form
    2.  $50.00 non-refundable testing fee per student
    3.  A copy of the student’s most recent report card.

Call the Admissions Office for more information and to schedule an appointment. Testing time is approximately 2 hours.

  • Students must score at the current grade level or above on the Entrance Exam.
  • Students must have an overall Stanine of 5 (total battery) on previous year’s Achievement Test.
  • Student’s grades in core courses must be a passing level (70 average). Note: If a student is deficient in any of these three established criteria, admission may be granted on a probationary basis with the approval of Administration. Parents will be advised in writing of the probationary status.

2. Provide the Following Information:

  • A photocopy of the child’s certified birth certificate
  • Certificate of Immunization (Form 121 compliance)

3. Complete an Application

Fill out an Enrollment Contract to include each prospective student (K-3 through 12).

4. Select Courses

Seventh through twelfth grade students will receive a class request sheet which should be filled out and returned immediately to insure that he / she chooses the required (and desired) classes. Please contact the Counselor if you have questions regarding course selections.

6. Ensure All Steps Have Been Completed

When your contract is signed and completed, the Business Office must also receive Registration Fees.

Enrollment is considered complete only when all necessary forms have been returned, all fees have been paid, and testing has been completed.
